Ceremony & Reception
The wedding ceremony at the Pavilion is set under towering black walnut trees, surrounded by woods and wildflowers. You can choose an open-air celebration or custom tenting. The Pavilion accommodates 50 to 110 guests for grazing-style receptions with tailored buffet options.
SCI Pavilion offers an open-air environment for all wedding events, including the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after-party, and post-reception breakfast, all under a 16’ cedar-lined ceiling. The venue features two fireplaces, rolling lawns for lawn games, and dozens of market lights for dancing, creating an outdoor-woodsy, urban-chic reception with plenty of style.

Enchanting venue for open-air experience
A picnic environment with the luxury your guests deserve. Up to 100 guests will be able to dine, dance and celebrate in our open-air pavilion. Our specialized buffet stations give your unlimited options for catering from our gourmet chefs. This venue is available from early spring to late fall thanks to our cozy fireplace and climate controls.
Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly straightforward and easy to communicate with, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the planning process. On the day of, the team was extremely professional and friendly, ensuring that our special day went off without a hitch. Our wedding planner, Alex DiGrazia, was particularly amazing – she was there for us every step of the way, addressing any concerns and making sure everything ran smoothly. The space itself was warm and inviting, providing the ideal backdrop for our celebration. We are so grateful to the entire Stroudsmoor team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.
