Alysea McDonald and Pary Palanisamy celebrated their #bestdayever TWICE! The first in India surrounded by Pary’s family and friends with a few from Alysea’s side who were able to travel abroad. Their US wedding filled with many of Alysea’s family, which now included Pary’s, and friends was celebration at Ridgecrest on February 23, 2019 on a dreamy winter’s day.
The ceremony was held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Brodheadsville, PA, and was followed by the mountaintop reception at Stroudsmoor. The event was accented by delicate pink and crimson florals, created by the talented Floral and Décor Team at Stroudsmoor, Indian and Stroudsmoor signature cuisine, banana walnut wedding cake, craft beer and cocktails, and a candy station with sweet treats selected by the bride. All this and more, made the celebration enjoyable and more importantly a memory for each and every guest.
Bride Alysea McDonald had this to say about the day, “I have to confess that when I started the planning process last year, I didn’t want to come to the Stroudsmoor, because I had already been to so many (great!) events there, having grown up in Stroudsburg. I was hoping to find something new and different, but the Stroudsmoor Team quickly assured me that their expertise, full service and attentive staff was not only the best option, but you that they could make our day special, even if I thought I knew the Stroudsmoor.”
Alysea went on to say, “The Stroudsmoor allowed us to stay local while also giving us the best service and highest quality. . . I could go on – but thank you thank you thank again. I’m so happy I could show off Stroudsburg to our friends and family and the Stroudsmoor now holds an even more special place in our hearts!”
